  2. Partial Doggy Grub, covering half of your dog's daily intake, and needs to be supplemented with other foods (we help you calculate that part!).

How does it work?

You will receive 14 daily packs every fortnight.

With both options you can split that daily pack between breakfast and dinner or serve it as one meal.

Our daily packs are portion controlled and ready to serve.

How long will my food last?

Consider our food like any other human fresh food. It will last up to 3 days in the fridge and 3 months in the freezer. Our meals are conveniently flat packed in air tight pouches, one for each day. You can store them in the freezer and easily defrost as you go.

When will I receive my delivery?

We deliver within 20kms from Adelaide CBD on Sundays.

On Mondays we deliver to offices (and homes) in Adelaide CBD and fringe suburbs (3kms).

If you live outside that 20km radius, think about a friend or family member who wouldn’t mind collecting your delivery and we’ll happily deliver to their address!

What if I am not home for the delivery?

You do not need to be home for delivery however we advise that you leave an esky out, especially on hot days, if you’re not going to be home, as the food will need to be chilled within an hour.

If you have entered a mobile number with your order, you will receive a text with approximate time of delivery.

What if my dog doesn’t like the food?

We pride ourselves on our product and we believe your dog will find it delicious too! However, we know some pups tend to be a bit picky. That is why we offer 50% off your transitional week in order to help your dog gradually adapt to the new food. We will be in contact with you that first week to see how your dog is doing. If you and your pup are happy, you do not need to reorder, the meal plan you have selected will roll on.

We have a very flexible subscription. If you need to change the amount of food you’re receiving, have specific dietary requirements, want to skip a delivery, pause or cancel, you can do so by accessing your personal account or by contacting us directly contact@doggygrub.com.au before Thursday of the week of your delivery.

Do you accommodate to specific diets or allergies?

Yes we do! If you go through our online form, you can request grain free or specify any allergies.
