REFUNDS:

All requests for credits/refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis and must be made by contacting Doggy Grub Pty Ltd by email contact@doggygrub.com.au.

If a product is faulty or spoilt, we will happily provide a replacement. Please, attach a photo to your email and keep the product for possible examination.
