Shipping policy

We deliver Australia wide. 

Dispatch time: If your order is placed before 11am (ACDT time), we will pack and dispatch it that same day. All orders placed after 11am will be packed the following day.

Delivery time for SA delivery, 2-3 business days.

Delivery time for rest of Australia, 3-5 business days.

Our meals are pantry-friendly and kept at room temperature. They only need to be refrigerated once opened.

You will receive them in a compostable bag or recyclable box. Should no-one be home for the delivery, they can stay outside for a while, as long as they remain under 41°C.

If you provide your email and phone number when you order, you will receive notification of delivery and can also track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.
Our courier usually have instruction to leave the parcel at the front door should no one be home. You can leave specific delivery instructions on the checkout page for our delivery team to follow.

Ownership of the goods will transfer to you once we have delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

Delivery fee is $5.90 for SA delivery and $8.90 for the rest of Australia.
