DIY doggy toothpaste, 100% natural.

Brushing your dog's teeth is essential to keeping periodontal disease at bay! 

While proper nutrition and offering natural chew treats is key, so is getting your dog used to having their teeth brushed from a young age.

It's never too late to try, and this DIY dog toothpaste will get you started right away, along with these tips on how to brush  your dog's teeth.

DIY dog toothpaste

• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• 2 tbsp bicarb soda
• 1 tsp Healthy Chompers Grinkles.
• Or 1 tsp cinnamon powder 

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Transfer into a shallow container and place in the fridge to set.
3. When ready, rub a pea size amount on your toothbrush and clean your dog's teeth.

Vets recommend to brush your pet's teeth once a day, ideally after dinner.
